Course Outline:
• Provide observations, insights, and strategic opportunities in the field of modeling, simulation, and manufacturing of multifunctional advanced materials for defense applications.
• Provide an understanding of the concepts for improving the survivability of complex systems in high shock environments (e.g., ballistic impact & explosive loading).
• Provide an idea about exciting applications of electromagnetic cloaking devices making objects invisible to the eye.
