- Ability to create novel solutions to complex, wide-ranging problems
Responsibilities :
- Learn about product team processes at HackerRank and be a champion for continuous improvement
- Contribute to documenting, socializing, and enabling successful adoption of new operational initiatives
- Interface with product managers to understand common challenges and identify opportunities to implement change
- Help maintain our product team backlog and repository of user feedback and make improvements to our product planning and release processes
