Overview
Hipp is an AI-native healthcare platform modernizing operations for ABA, behavioral health, and therapy organizations. As a new-grad SWE you'll build and ship production features across backend, APIs, and frontend — learning modern practices while powering clinical workflows and revenue cycle ops.
Key Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed CS or related degree
- Strong DS/algorithms and software fundamentals
- Experience with at least one of: TypeScript/JS, Python, Go, Java
- Familiarity with modern web (React, Node, APIs)
- Curiosity and ownership in a startup environment
