Overview
Intel’s Software and AI team is hiring an intern to work on oneDNN — a cross-platform open-source library that makes neural networks run faster and more efficiently, used by TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenVINO, and ONNX Runtime.
You’ll develop features and algorithms optimized for Intel CPUs, integrated graphics, and discrete GPUs, with exposure to low-level performance tuning, hardware-aware parallel programming, and assembly-level optimization — plus mentorship and flexible hours around your studies.
Key Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related (3rd/4th year preferred).
- Availability: Able to work part-time for the full internship duration; hybrid Gdańsk.
- Required: Comfortable communicating in English; solid C/C++ on Linux and/or Windows; strong algorithms/data structures; curious, proactive learner.
- Preferred: SYCL or CUDA; matrix-vector maths; Git/GitHub; remote Visual Studio; Linux systems programming; performance debugging/optimization.
