Overview :
Dots helps customer success teams engage their Slack or Discord customer communities in order to increase retention and drive revenue. We do this by automating manual tasks, such as DM-ing members, and analyzing the activity of key accounts.
Eligibility :
Our front is built using ReactJS. We use Supabase (an open-source firebase alternative) for the backend that is built on top of PostgresSQL. We also extensively use AWS lambdas.
