Overview
Leap is hiring a User Research Intern in Bengaluru to understand user needs, behaviours, and motivations for India's leading global student mobility platform — at the intersection of fintech and edtech, empowering students' aspirations for global careers and education.
You'll conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing; analyze behavioural trends; collaborate with Product Managers and business teams to optimize the user funnel; and advocate for user-centric decisions across product development — in a lean, high-ownership startup backed by Sequoia.
Key Requirements & Critical Rules
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Degree: Bachelor's in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
- Research methods: Proficient in interviews, surveys, usability testing, and research tools.
- Analytics: Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and identify behavioural trends.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; present findings to stakeholders and advocate for users.
