Overview:
two-week online FDP is being organised by NIT Karnataka from 15th- 27th February 2021. This faculty development programme is open to the faculty members of science and technology institutions, polytechnics and entrepreneurship development organizations.
Objectives:
- Creating awareness about entrepreneurship.
- Training faculty members with skills and knowledge that are essential for inculcating entrepreneurial values in students.
- Guiding and monitoring students’ progress towards entrepreneurial career.

- Process of Selection and Identification of Entrepreneurs.
- Designing of Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programme.
- Skill Required for a Trainer.
- Enterprise Planning Process.
- Communication and Leadership.
- Preparation of Action Plan/Proposal
