Overview:
NIT Warangal is inviting applications for a SERB Sponsored High-End Workshop (Karyashala) on the Post Processing of Additive Manufactured Parts. Interested candidates can apply.
Objective:
To groom students (primarily from Universities, Colleges, Private Academic Institutions, and newly established Institutes) in their career pursuits by developing dedicated research skills in selected disciplines of advanced manufacturing processes and additive manufacturing.
Nature of Support:
- No registration fee
- Financial support will be given for meeting daily necessary expenses (accommodation and food).
- TA shall be reimbursed for the public transport upon submitting the original tickets as per the institute norms.
Eligibility and Registration:
- Regular 4th year B.Tech, PG/PhD students from Mechanical and allied departments.
- Maximum seats: 25
- Selection is based on merit and first come, first serve basis.
- Applicants should produce a letter of authentication from their Supervisor / Head of the Department / Head of the Institute indicating their association with the Institute and “No Objection Certificate (NOC)” for allowing their student to undergo workshop if selected.
Certification:
A certificate regarding the successful completion of the workshop shall be issued to the participants by the coordinator.
It is necessary to attend all six days in order to receive the certificate and reimbursement as per DST norms.
