Overview
NVIDIA Research is hiring systems researchers to advance hardware, software, and infrastructure for ML systems of all scales. The work spans efficiency, scaling, and resilience for training, fine-tuning, and serving—co-designing algorithms with systems across personal devices and warehouse-scale data centers.
You collaborate across software, hardware, AI, and networking teams, publish original research, and speak at conferences. Depth in one stack layer plus breadth across the system is the hiring signal.
