Overview
PayPathIQ builds AI-powered software that helps businesses recover late payments — smarter digital outreach, workflow automation, payment journeys, AI-assisted operations, and AI voice agents.
This is not a shadowing internship. You’ll work in a modern TypeScript codebase on a live Azure SaaS product, with daily access to the founder (ex–Silicon Valley bootcamp instructor), a personalised learning plan, weekly 1:1 mentorship, and real architecture/product decisions. Strong performers may continue into a longer-term role.
Key Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year hands-on software development; can read existing code and ship carefully.
- Core skills: Strong JavaScript/TypeScript; React (ideally Next.js); basic Node backend; SQL/relational DBs (ideally PostgreSQL); Git/GitHub/PRs.
- AI interest: LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, or AI product features; pluses for Azure, CI/CD, voice agents (STT/TTS), AI evals.
- What you’ll ship: Product features in TypeScript/Next.js; SQL/data workflows; Azure infra; AI voice-agent workflows; Playwright e2e; third-party APIs; production debugging with sensitive financial data.
- Logistics: Full-time 8 weeks; hybrid Dublin (Dogpatch Labs 2–3 days/week); €125/week stipend.
- Work rights: Currently located in Ireland; valid full-time work permission for the internship duration; company cannot sponsor an employment permit.
