Overview
Reacher is hiring a Software Engineer Intern for Fall 2025 or Summer 2026 in San Francisco — building AI-powered infrastructure for the creator economy as the #1 TikTok Shop partner. The platform helps brands like Under Armour, Hanes, and Logitech scale affiliate marketing across TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, Instagram, and Amazon.
You'll ship full-stack features to production within days: AI agents, LLM-powered tools, ML pipelines processing millions of creator/brand interactions, backend systems in Python/FastAPI, and responsive UIs in React. No throwaway intern projects — direct customer features with regular access to brands and creators.
Key Requirements & Critical Rules
- Location: San Francisco, in-person — on-site team culture with collaborative pairing.
- Duration: Available for 10–12 weeks — either Sept/Oct–Dec 2025 or May/June–Aug 2026.
- Degree: CS major with core coursework completed.
- Experience: Full-stack project experience (personal, hackathon, or coursework).
- Mindset: Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity in a high-trust, high-output startup.
- Work scope: Production full-stack features, AI/LLM tooling, backend on GCP, and customer-facing UI.
- Bonus: Prior startup internship, ML/AI projects, deployed apps with real users, open-source contributions, interest in creator economy/e-commerce.
- Company stage: 7-figure ARR, seed round in progress — early team with real responsibility from day one.
