Develop relevant KPIs for measuring the business performance, and monitor AOPs, targets, and budgets
Develop dashboards in GSuite or similar tools to represent the KPIs trend analysis
Anticipate needs and deal with the unexpected
Assist the HO in conducting weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reviews
Support the content for customer visits or internal events
Understand delivery targets of the team and also monitor/track report progress on these

Have analytical skills
Have data representation and interpretation skills
GScripting/Gsuite applications like Data studio
Ability to develop relevant KPIs for measuring the business performance, monitor AOPs, targets, and budgets
Skilled to develop dashboards in GSuite or similar tools to represent the KPIs trend analysis
Good articulation and presentation skills
Strong customer focus and customer-centric approach
Strong business focus and results orientated, with the ability to deliver results
Able to multi-task and prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Business/Project planning and project management experience and establishing best practices

Full-time post-graduation in management with graduation in engineering from premier institutes
