Overview
This internship sits on Axon’s Dedrone team. You drive a feature from product and design through code review and production, with a mentor and a manager who meet you through the term. At the end you present the work to leadership.
The offices are Seattle and Arlington, Virginia. The schedule is onsite Tuesday through Friday, with Monday remote unless an accommodation says otherwise. Axon asks for a full 12 weeks.
Eligibility / Key Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, including community college, university, or a bootcamp
- Experience in at least one object-oriented language such as Java, Python, Scala, Go, or C#
- Preferred: a previous software internship, SQL or NoSQL, and Linux, Unix, or Mac experience
- Able to work the hybrid office schedule in Seattle or Arlington
