IIT KGP | e-STC on Advanced Data Analytics with R Programing; Apply by December 1st, 2021
Overview:
Vinod Gupta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur is organizing an online STC on Advanced Data Analytics with R Programing. This short-term weekend course will be started on December 04th, 2021, and will be ended on the 19th of December, 2021.
The program is targeted to create data analysts and introductory data scientists with a focus on managerial applications of analytics.
Objectives:
- This program will teach the participants hands-on usage of R programming in data analytics
- It will also teach the participants data analytics skills and their applications in reading world situations
- The program will help the participants use the acquired skills in solving assignments that will mimic real case studies.
Eligibility:
- Category-1 (Students): B.Tech/BSc/BCom students
- Category-2 (Others): Teachers / Scientific Officers / Instructors / Technical Assistants / Persons from Industries.

- Logistic Regression with R
- Introduction to Machine Learning with R: Naïve Bayes and kNN
- Introduction to Machine Learning with R: ANN & Decision Tree
- Introduction to Machine Learning with R: Decision Tree & kmeans
- Time Series Forecasting with R
