Overview:
Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the post of “Junior Research Fellow” in the area of Computer Science and Engineering.
Project title:
System for summarizing driver’s driving behavior.
Project description:
The project aims to design systems and methodologies for summarizing the driving pattern of drivers. Drivers’ driving pattern is influenced by both internal and external dynamics. So, the project needs to use different sensors (i.e., cameras, mobile phones, Arduino-based setup) for data collection, and data analysis for designing robust methodologies/systems.
Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications for the JRF:
Masters or bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering or related areas (i.e., IT, EE, ECE, etc). Candidates must have a qualified GATE exam.
Desired Qualifications:
1. Experience with the data collection setups (i.e., Arduino/Raspberry PI, etc)
2. Experience with Python programming language
3. Prior experience with Machine learning, Deep Learning, or Reinforcement Learning.
Salary:
Rs. 31,000 p.m. + HRA (16%)

The selection process will commence on 20th July 2022, but the call will remain open until a suitable candidate is found. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an online/offline interview.
