Overview :
Incedo is hiring for the position of Business Operations Trainee!
Responsibilities :
- Solve customer's technical queries and assist customers with Hardware and Software issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that include account setup and network configuration, password reset
- Provide remote support to customers with the help of remote assistance tools
- Provide Network support for network devices like Switches, Routers, Firewalls, and Wireless Access Points
- Configuration and troubleshooting of wired, wireless network and firewall
- Maintain documentation and diagrams for network equipment
- Talk to clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until their technical issue is resolved
- Day-to-day network performance monitoring
- Coordinate with vendors and other domain specialists for complex technical issues
- Provide user access to systems and maintain user profiles
Requirements :
- Understanding of computer systems and networking concepts
- Hands-on experience with Windows/ Mac OS environments
- Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a structured and methodical approach
- Multitasking with ability and experience in managing multiple tasks and projects
- Flexible and open to odd-hour shifts
- B.Tech/ BCA/ Degree in IT or Computer Science
- Good to have internship experience with a wealth/ asset management firm, Financial Market research knowledge, Asset management, and wealth management domain knowledge
