Desired Skills :

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. 
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and should have strong negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills Flexible, self-driven, and proactive
  • Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment.
  • Can communicate effectively and persuasively to a high volume of people in a day
  • Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs
  • Relevant experience in Fintech, preferably in online payments
  • Has fair understanding of payments space (preferably worked with eCommerce and/or partners)
  • Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work
  • At Least 2.5 years of experience in managing and leading an Inside Sales team.
  • Hunting role in previous organization
  • A self-starter who can work in an independent manner - end-to-end closure
  • Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work
  • Strong business acumen and product expertise
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with merchants by understanding their requirements
  • MBA from top institutes would be an advantage.

 

 

Role:

  • Experience in building up sales pipeline, reaching out to clients proactively, and closing the deal
  • Identify business opportunities through a cold call, referrals, research & networking for the zone.
  • Interacting and pitching PhonePe products with key decision makers including CXOs in partner organizations.
  • Identify emerging categories and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Work on Tenders/RFPs and submit bids.
  • Takes direction, documents expectations, then executes with minimal further direction
  • Strong business acumen and product expertise
  • Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales
  • Leading the negotiations and contract development
  • Build and manage outbound business development pipeline
