Desired Skills :
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.

- Relevant experience in Fintech, preferably in online payments
- Has fair understanding of payments space (preferably worked with eCommerce and/or partners)
- Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work
- At Least 2.5 years of experience in managing and leading an Inside Sales team.
- Hunting role in previous organization
- A self-starter who can work in an independent manner - end-to-end closure
- Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work
- Strong business acumen and product expertise
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with merchants by understanding their requirements
- MBA from top institutes would be an advantage.
Role:
- Experience in building up sales pipeline, reaching out to clients proactively, and closing the deal
- Identify business opportunities through a cold call, referrals, research & networking for the zone.
- Interacting and pitching PhonePe products with key decision makers including CXOs in partner organizations.
- Identify emerging categories and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Work on Tenders/RFPs and submit bids.
- Takes direction, documents expectations, then executes with minimal further direction
- Strong business acumen and product expertise
- Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales
- Leading the negotiations and contract development
- Build and manage outbound business development pipeline
