Overview
QRT is a quantitative and systematic investment manager. The Business Data & Analytics team turns internal and external data into tools for senior stakeholders. Interns join one of three tracks: Applied AI Engineering (LLMs, agents, retrieval), Applied Data Science (stats/ML/graph methods), or Investment Analytics (portfolio and market insight tools).
Strong internship performance may lead to consideration for a full-time graduate role.
Eligibility / Key Requirements
- Penultimate or final-year students completing a bachelor’s or master’s, or recently completed STEM degree (CS, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related)
- Strong Python for cleaning, joining, and modelling multi-source data
- Evidence of taking an open-ended problem from idea to working solution
- Track-specific depth for Applied AI, Applied Data Science, or Investment Analytics
- Clear communication and comfort with undefined requirements
