Roles & Responsibilities:

Able to work independently and develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; following the software development lifecycle.
Determines the operational feasibility of the proposed solutions.
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Should be able to keep himself updated about the latest development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment.
