Overview
U-Accelerate is Unity’s first cohort for building early-career engineers instead of only hiring seniors. Twelve graduates start with a two-week Montreal bootcamp (11–22 January 2027), then embed in real engineering teams with mentors. You ship on the engine, rendering, tooling, or documentation that game developers use every day.
You rank preferred teams after bootcamp; Unity guarantees placement in one of your top two choices. A second rotation runs mid-year unless both you and the first team want to continue.
