Overview:
Applicants are invited for the Backend Engineering Internship offered by FamPay Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the backend team by owning a part of an existing roadmap
- Craft clean, manageable code and maintain proper documentation
- Create, test and deploy the applications on production servers
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and frameworks to maximize development efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience) is preferred
- Internship experience with top product-based startups/Contribution to GSOC or any other open source communities would be a huge plus
- Experience in Python using Django Framework is preferred
- Experience with writing REST APIs and microservices architecture
- A good understanding of relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) is preferred
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud
- Unix command-line experience
