NIT Kurukshetra is inviting applications for the post of PF/JRF. Interested ones can apply. Recruitment of Project Fellow/Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the research project funded by the Haryana State Council for Science, Innovation, and Technology.
Title of the Project:
Harnessing Metal-organic Frameworks for Sustainable Removal of Organic Dyes, Heavy Metals and Hazardous Anions from Industrial Wastewater.
Duration:
Initially for one year and extendable for two more years based on performance (The project is for 3 years)
Salary:

Rs. 31,000 for those who have qualified for CSIR-UGC NET including Lectureship or GATE or qualified through the National Examination of Government Departments and Agencies.

Rs. 25,000 for others who do not fall under the above category.
Age Limit:
28 years
Qualifications:
B.Sc. (Chemistry) and M.Sc. (Chemistry) from a recognized institute/ University with at least 60% marks or at least 6.5/10 CPI or CGPA. Preference will be given to candidates having working experience relevant to the project. Also, candidates having qualified GATE or CSIR-UGC NET are preferred.
Job Description:
The Project Fellow is required to assist in carrying out various activities under the project to complete the objectives and deliverables in time as per schedule. However, the candidate will be allowed to register for his/her Ph.D degree in the Department if qualified.
