Overview
Arrowstreet’s investment process is systematic and runs on proprietary systems for research, portfolio construction, trade execution, and account management. Interns design, develop, test, and deploy software and automation with experienced engineers—data pipelines, APIs, internal tools, and distributed systems—while leaning on firm standards and AI coding assistants.
Engineering works closely with investment teams, so the projects sit close to how capital actually gets allocated.
