The international conference on The Intersection of Language and Literature: Current Trends and Future Directions aims to explore the intersections of language and literature and how the two fields have evolved in recent years. We welcome proposals across a wide range of themes and topics related to linguistic approaches to literature, language and literature: intersections and divergences, language and literature in the digital age, literary translation and cross-cultural communication, multimodal approaches to language and literature, language and literature in the classroom, language and literature in society: power and identity, language and literature in the context of globalization, discourse in language and literature, indigenous/regional language and literature and language teaching in rural areas.
