Overview:
NIT Puducherry is inviting applications for the First National Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering and Technology-ETET 2024. Interested candidates can apply.
Areas Covered:
- Domains of Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Material Science, Electrical and Electronics, ECE/CSE/CIVIL.
- The domains supporting the above fields include mechatronics, microprocessors, electric vehicle technology, batteries, computer science, and information technology — also, the work in the background specializing in artificial intelligence, algorithms, machine learning, etc.
Eligibility:
Students at the level of UG and PG (ME/M.TECH/M.S*/PhD*) can participate in the various events.
*CAN APPLY ONLY FOR PAPER PRESENTATION.
Important Dates:
The last date for submitting the Abstract is JAN 19, 2024.
The last date for completing the registration is JAN 21-25, 2024.
The last date for sending the confirmations to the participants is JAN 26-30, 2024.
Registration:
Registration 1 (Other College Students):
The registration kit includes "a notepad, pen, lunch, and snacks token". Events will be conducted offline and online modes. Based on these modes, two types of registration fees are fixed. Students can plan and pay depending on the modes.

Registration 2 (Only for NIT Puducherry):

For Other College Students:
For ME/M.TECH/M.S/PhD :
- Offline Mode is Rs 700 / Person
- Online Mode is Rs 500 / Person
For UG: Offline Mode:
- Single student = 500 INR,
- Two students = 500+200=700 INR,
- Three students = 500+150+150 = 800 INR.
For UG: Online Mode:
- Single student = 300 INR,
- Two students = 300+150=450 INR,
- Three students = 300+150+150 = 600 INR
For NIT Puducherry Students:
Paper presentation fee for PG NITPY students: Rs. 500 INR per person.
Paper presentation/internship presentation/project demo / mini project presentation - fee for UG NITPY students:
- Single student = 300 INR,
- Two students = 300+200=500 INR,
- Three students = 300+150+150 = 600 INR
Note:
- Students should come with the prototype/working model with all its accessories.
- E- certificates will be issued to the persons/ students participating in the events through online mode.
