NIT Uttarakhand is organizing a Faculty Development Program on National Education Policy (NEP) 2020-Challenges in Implementation in HEIs, June 10, 2022, Organized by Faculty Welfare Section.
About NEP-2020 :
Education Policy lays particular emphasis on the development of the creative potential of each individual. It is based on the principle that education must develop not only cognitive capacities - both the ‘foundational capacities ’of literacy and numeracy and ‘higher-order’ cognitive capacities, such as critical thinking and problem-solving. The FDP is being organized to celebrate “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”, an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of independence and the glorious history of its people, culture, and achievements.
