Overview:
Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY WARANGAL invited applications for one position of "Student Internship" which is under Department of Science and Technology - Science and Engineering Research Board - Early Career Research Award (DST-SERB-ECRA), Govt. of India, sponsored Project entitled “Design and Development of a W-band Front-end for Imaging Applications using SiliconGermanium Technology”.
Eligibility:
- B.Tech/BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering ( 3rd & 4th year).
- First-class with not less than 60% aggregate (or) not less than 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale
Desired Skills:
- Basic knowledge of transmission lines/ microwave active and passive circuits such as microwave amplifier/mixer/ oscillator, filters, couplers, etc.
- Ansys HFSS/Keysight ADS/Cadence Virtuoso simulation software
