Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive program management for continuous improvement initiatives across various facilities
- Identify critical paths and levers through data analysis and ensure project completion within predefined timelines
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including operations, product, data science, DevOps, commercial, and security, to run projects efficiently and cost-effectively
- Aggregate resources, knowledge, and technical expertise to provide actionable insights for organizational teams, enabling effective implementation
- Visit facilities as needed to identify areas requiring process innovation or re-engineering and provide enhancement recommendations
