Responsibilities:
- Manage new hires and refresher training
- Collaborate with project managers to identify project’s training needs
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum for our e-commerce vertical
- Prepare training modules/materials
- Develop monitoring/assessment systems to measure training effectiveness
- The ideal candidate will be the one with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a minimum of 5 years experience in Process training, good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel, exposure in the eCommerce industry will be added advantage
Qualifications:
- Any graduation
- Certifications in Training will be added advantage
