Essential Qualification:
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): 01
M.Sc. (Chemistry) with a minimum of First Class at Master’s level.
(NET/GATE Qualification in Chemistry is desirable)
Eligibility:
Candidates are expected to have a postgraduate degree in chemistry with a good academic background and sound knowledge in material, organic, and/or physical chemistry, which is desirable.
Fellowship per month for First 2 years:
Rs. 31,000/
Fellowship per month after 2 years:
Rs. 35,000/
Duration of the project:
3 years or until the tenure of the project.

Note:
- Applications should reach on or before 29 MARCH, 2024.
- The duration of the post will initially be six months and may be extended every six months for three years, further subject to satisfactory performance and provisions under the project. The post is entirely temporary in nature and will be terminated with the completion of the project. The candidate selected for the position of JRF will have the option to register for PhD program subject to satisfying VNIT’s norms for registration (criteria can be found at: https://vnit.ac.in).
