Overview :
Interested and eligible candidates are requested to apply for the posts of Project Associate -1 in the project entitled BIC-IIITA: “To create a state-of-art facility for big data analytics of large scale genomics and proteomics data - BIC at Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad” at the Indian Institute of Information Technology-Allahabad, India.
Essential qualification :
- M.Sc in Life Science / Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ MVSc or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Medicine
- B. Tech in Engineering and Technology
Skills Required :
- The candidate should have demonstrable programming skills in a scripting language(s) such as Perl/Python/R.
- Candidates with working experience in NoSQL/ Hadoop/ Spark and Scala will be preferred.
