Purpose of Processing:
Your Personal Data will be used:
- To assist you in the recruitment, selection, and other associated processes.
- To facilitate an IVR call by our authorized vendor for confirming your availability for the interview, sending reminders, and for feedback collection.
- To compare candidates’ facial images collected at each stage of the recruitment process using automated AI/ML algorithms, to verify whether the same person appears at all the stages, and to prevent impersonation, fraud, etc.
- To carry out various employer-related activities if you are selected to join the organization.
- For internal management on status updates between authorized users.
- To perform background verification by our authorized vendor.
- To enable us to ensure that we are compliant with any applicable labor and/or other relevant laws.
Data Storage:
Your Personal Data will reside on Infosys servers in India and on the servers of our authorized service providers (including cloud service provider’s servers) located in India.
Retention Period:
We retain your data as long as necessary for the purposes listed here above. Your personal information that is no longer required to be retained as per legal and business requirements will be disposed of securely.
