Overview:

Role Holder is going to be a part of the availability Chain team and assist in monitoring Omni (marketplace) operations (first mile) and performance and implementing corrective actions. He/She should be ready to provide insights supported data and lead efficiency projects.
Responsibilities:
- Operational/Process KRAs: Monitor, maintain & evaluate end-to-end operations for Omni Channel while communicating & handholding for attaining efficiency, quality & productivity objectives.
- Need to work with the logistics team for seamless shipments flow and scaling up Omni operations in new cities. Generating, publishing, and maintaining reports.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to realize organizational objectives.
- Single point of contact to handle seller escalations alongside coordination with logistics team for pickup & returns-related escalations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with 2-3+ years of relevant exposure
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel. SQL is added advantage
- Exposure & Comfort in a fast pace with data-driven detail orientation
- Ability to figure as a private Contributor with no team reporting requirements.
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
