Study on Fly Ash Pigment as Green Alternative for High-Performance Paint Coating
Duration of the project:
1 year
Emoluments:
Rs. 35,000 p.m. for the period of six months.
Essential Qualification:
Ph.D. Awarded / Submitted in Chemical Engg./Chemical Tech./Biochemical Engg. /Biotechnology/Nanotechnology AND M.E./M. Tech in Chemical Engg./Chemical Tech. /Biochemical Engg./Biotechnology/Nanotechnology/Environmental Engg./Industrial Pollution Abatement/Bio Process Engg. /Mineral Processing AND B.E. / B. Tech. in Chemical Engg./Chemical Tech./Biochemical Engg. /Biotechnology/Nanotechnology with a minimum of First Class (CPI or CGPA. greater than 6.75 on a 10-point scale) at Bachelor’s or Master’s level. Preference may be given to candidates having qualified GATE scores or equivalent national-level exams in the past.
Duties:
- Conduct research and perform various physic-chemical assays for Fly Ash Pigment and paint coating-based samplings and investigations.
- Collaborate with sponsoring industry and thermal power plants for samplings and related work.
- Design experiments, execute, and analyze results. Write scientific reports; publish results in peer-reviewed scientific journals, national and/or international patents.
Note: The post is purely temporary in nature and the initial appointment will be for six months, extendable upto 1 year based on the performance of the candidate and the constraints of the project
