Essential qualification:
B.E./ B.Tech/ in ECE (First Class) and M.E./M.Tech in ECE (First Class) with specialization in VLSI Technology or VLSI System Design or Microelectronics and VLSI or Equivalent with valid GATE Score.
Desired qualifications:
Prior knowledge/ prior experience in Semiconductor Device Modeling, Physics of Nanoelectronic devices, Advanced MOS devices, Hands-on experience of TCAD Tools, etc.
Salary:
Rs. 31,000/- pm for the first 2 years and 35,000/- pm for the third year.
