Overview:
OLX Group is hiring applicants for the position of Senior Product Analyst.
Qualification:
- Between 3-5 years of business analytics experience
- B. Tech/ M. Tech from a premier institute (IIT/ NIT/ BITS, etc.)
- Expert in the use of SQL, MS Excel, and one or more of the statistical tools like R, SAS, and VBA for data manipulation and statistical analysis purposes
- Expert in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources
- Exposure to statistical techniques like Predictive Modelling, Regression, Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, hypothesis testing, exploratory analysis, etc. would be a plus
- E-commerce experience would be a plus
- Ability to understand and interpret data within the context of the business
- Solve problems and distill data into actionable recommendations
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams, independently and proactively
- Desire to learn new technologies and grow the analytical skill set
- Comfortable working in a fast and dynamic environment with a tight deadline

Responsibility:
- Develop insightful analysis of business and its strategic and operational implications
- Design, execute and embed analysis that supports strategic plans and decisions with external & internal sources
- Develop storylines, collect data/ input, analyze and make complete presentations
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies in a structured way, suggest areas of improvement and identify opportunities/ threats based on internal and external data sources, market trends, and user behavior to strengthen efficiency and provide strategic direction
- Prepare reports for management & operations to drive decisions
- Ability to crunch heavy data, build insights and build strong operational decision power
