Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Indore, invites applications from intelligent, motivated, and eligible candidates to work as a Research Associate to fulfill the objectives of a DST-funded research project.
Project Title: "Functionality Enhancement of Reconfigurable Transistors by Implementing Standalone and Embedded 1T-DRAM".

Fellowship: Rs. 47,000 + HRA (as per rules)
No of posts: 01
Age: 35 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates is going to be as per Government of India norms.
Duration: Initially for 12 months (co-terminus with the project)

Ph.D. or having 3 years of research, teaching, and design and development experience after ME/M.Tech. in relevant branch of Electronics / EE or equivalent with a minimum of one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
The candidate must have good knowledge of semiconductor unit physics, operation of advanced MOS transistors, emerging transistor architectures for logic and memory, and prior experience of performing on TCAD software.
Good communication skills are essential for the sponsored scientific research.
