- Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Indore, invites applications from intelligent, motivated, and eligible candidates to work as a Research Associate to fulfill the objectives of a DST-funded research project.
- Project Title: "Functionality Enhancement of Reconfigurable Transistors by Implementing Standalone and Embedded 1T-DRAM".

- Fellowship: Rs. 47,000 + HRA (as per rules)
- No of posts: 01
- Age: 35 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates is going to be as per Government of India norms.
- Duration: Initially for 12 months (co-terminus with the project)
Qualification:
- Ph.D. or having 3 years of research, teaching, and design and development experience after ME/M.Tech. in relevant branch of Electronics / EE or equivalent with a minimum of one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
- The candidate must have good knowledge of semiconductor unit physics, operation of advanced MOS transistors, emerging transistor architectures for logic and memory, and prior experience of performing on TCAD software.
- Good communication skills are essential for the sponsored scientific research.
