Overview:

IIT Kanpur is inviting applications for a Certification Program on PYTHON for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. Interested ones can apply. The program will include extensive PYTHON projects using practical real-world datasets in several fields including Business, Medicine, Science, Engineering, and other domains, using numerous cutting-edge packages such as NUMPY, LINALG, MATPLOTLIB, PANDAS, SCIKIT-LEARN, TENSORFLOW, KERAS.

 

 

Objectives:

This 4-week certificate program is an intensive school for scholars, students, faculty members, industry professionals, and R&D staff aspiring to get in-depth exposure and learn hands-on implementation of cutting-edge algorithms and software for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Neural Networks (NN) and Deep Learning (DL) toward projects, research, and placements to further their careers. The program also includes problem-solving sessions to prepare for tests/ job interviews in AI/ ML and DL.

• A few exceptional class 11th/12th students

Important Dates:

• Last date for regular registration: 18th May 2024

• Last date for premium registration: 1st June 2024

• Duration of the project: 1st to 28th June 2024

 

 

Registration fee covers:

• Participation in online AI/ML/DL program

• Hands-on AI/ML/DL tutorials

• Hands-on assisted AI/ML/DL projects with practical datasets

• PYTHON project mentoring and coding assistance by IITK TAs

• Detailed printed school material on AI/ML/DL (To be sent by post)

• PYTHON Project Code (To be sent by post)

• Al/ML/DL participation certificate from IIT Kanpur (Soft copy will be provided)

 

 

Important Notes:

1. Only a hard copy of the lecture material will be posted. Due to IPR-related concerns, soft copies will not be provided.

2. Efforts will be made to send the material before the school begins. However, if a lockdown or courier services are not operating prior to the school, material will be sent once services resume after the school.

3. Since material will be sent by post/ courier, organizers do NOT take responsibility for postal/ courier delays or non-receipt of material.

4. Recording of lectures, uploading/ distribution of video or audio lectures or school notes is strictly NOT permitted

5. Participants have to ensure connectivity for the duration of the school. Recorded video lectures will NOT be available. All participants should test their connections during the Zoom test sessions mentioned in the Program

6. All participants MUST keep their video feed ON during school to monitor attendance and participation

7. A Minimum of 80% attendance is required in school.

8. International Participants are suggested to register early so that material can be reached via courier in time.
