- Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, Recruitment of a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Swarnajayanti Fellowship project scheme funded by SERB-DST, Govt. of India.
- Project Title: "Studies on the spectral and temporal modification of spontaneous emission of solid-state defects using resonant photonic structures".

- Emoluments: Rs. 31,000/- per month (Consolidated)
Qualification:
- The candidate should have a B Tech degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks.
- Preference shall be given to GATE (in CE) qualified candidates having experience in the field of Structural engineering. Working/research experience in structural engineering experiments and finite element analysis will be also given preference.
Who can Apply:

Master degree in Physics or equivalent or M. Tech. in relevant area with minimum 60% mark along with a good academic grade throughout, and strong commitment to pursue research.

The candidates must have a valid CSIR-UGC (JRF) or a valid GATE score in addition to the qualification mentioned in point ’a’

Experience in research labs/instrumentation facility and knowledge in computer programing is desirable.
