Overview:
- Applications are invited for the post of JRF in the “Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) grant ” under Dr. Tanveer Ahmad.
- Project Title: “Altered MICU1 expression in impaired mitochondrial calcium handling during oral submucous fibrosis”.

Junior Research Fellow:
- Fellowship: As per The DST-SERB guidelines
- No of posts: 01
- Duration: The appointment is going to be purely on a short-lived basis for the primary year initially which may be further extended supported the performance of the candidate.
Qualification:
- MSc (in any area of Life-sciences) with a minimum of 55 % aggregate marks (equivalent CGPA).
- A prior research experience in molecular cloning, cell culture, mitochondrial dynamics, gene editing, and immunoprecipitation is desirable.
- Candidates with NET/GATE/CSIR/UGC/ DBT/ICMR JRF/DST INSPIRE-PhD fellowship should apply.
Job Requirement:
- The incumbent is expected to carry out testing of the properties of battery electrode materials and coin cells.
