Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute employer branding campaigns across digital platforms
- Collaborate and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Generate new ideas and drive continual engagement with followers online
- Monitor, track, and optimize the effectiveness of digital campaigns and communications strategies on social media
- Revamp the career site and profile employees as brand ambassadors
- Handle planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive talent acquisition strategy
- Design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy, creating and implementing tactics to build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization
- Understand the talent profiles for the organization and develop a robust recruitment marketing strategy
- Manage stakeholders and candidates in the end-to-end screening process and database management for record-keeping
- Be in charge of planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive talent acquisition strategy
- Do identifications, consensus building & implementation, email campaigns, social media, advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), etc.
Requirements:
1. Experience working at technology/ digital brands, project scoping, strategic options etc.
2. MBA Marketing from Tier 1 B-School
3. Throughout First Class
4. Not more than 2 years of educational gap
