NIT Delhi | Admission Notice for Executive MTech Programs AY 2023-24, Apply by 31 March 2024!
Overview:
NIT Delhi is inviting applications for MTech Programs AY 2023-24. Interested candidates can apply.
Steps to Apply:
- Print the application form and fill in the requisite details in the application form and arrange the copy of the mandatory documents (10th class certificate for Date of Birth (DoB), 12th /Diploma mark sheet, BTech/BE or Equivalent mark sheet of each semester). Sign the application form and each of the mandatory documents.
- The candidates are required to pay a Non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/- through the Online Link, https://pages.razorpay.com/pl_JctiRs9fDjAVVX/view. Fill in the fee payment details in the application form. Convert your application form along with the requisite documents above in a single .pdf file.
- The candidates should apply through the link, https://forms.gle/pJMkeZJyAJGfJexR6. The candidate is required to upload a duly filled & signed application form along with requisite documents in .pdf form to the said link.

Minimum Qualification:
Admission shall be open to Indian nationals who have passed the prescribed qualifying examination with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 6.5 in the 10-point scale grading system, OR not less than 60 % marks in the aggregate (taking into account the marks scored in all the subjects of all the public/university examinations conducted during the entire prescribed period for the Degree Program). However, this prescribed minimum shall be CGPA of 6.0 OR 55% marks in the aggregate for SC/ST/PwD candidates. For information on the prescribed qualifying examinations for various MTech Programs offered by the various departments at NITD, please refer to the Institute website, https://nitdelhi.ac.in/.
Experience:
The candidate must have a minimum post-qualification of one (1) year of relevant experience as of 31st March 2024.
Selection Procedure:
Selection to the Executive MTech Programs shall strictly be based on the merit of CGPA/ Percentage in the qualifying examination (BE/ BTech or equivalent) as shown in table 1, provided the candidate fulfills the pre-requisite as given above, as the case may be. The CGPA shall be converted to the percentage based on the conversion formula given by the University, from where the candidate completed the qualifying examination. In case, there is no formula given by the University, the prevailing guidelines of the Institute/AICTE/UGC shall be considered. However, in case of large applications, the Institute reserves the right to hold an Entrance Examination and/ or Interview, if required.

Seat Matrix:
The intake for Executive MTech programs is given below in Table 2. The Institute reserves the right to increase/decrease the sanctioned intake in any of the programs without any notice.

Financial Assistance/ Scholarship:
The candidates admitted to the Executive MTech program shall not be eligible for any Financial Assistance/ Scholarship by the Institute.
How to Apply:
The Information Bulletin, Seat Matrix, and Online Application portal for admission to Executive MTech programs have been made available on the Institute website, www.nitdelhi.ac.in. The eligible and desirous applicants are required to fill out the Application Form of this brochure and along with all the relevant documents, submit through online mode to the link, https://forms.gle/pJMkeZJyAJGfJexR6.
The candidates are required to pay a Non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 Online Link, https://pages.razorpay.com/pl_JctiRs9fDjAVVX/view. The Last date to apply is March 31, 2024.
The self-attested documents are to be submitted along with the application in PDF form:
- Date of Birth Certificate in Original or (SSLC/ X Std.)
- Certificate of Class XII/ Diploma in Engineering
- Mark-sheet of all Semesters/years of the Qualifying Degree (BTech or Equivalent)
- BTech or Equivalent Degree/Provisional Degree
- Work Experience Certificate (on the Institute Letter Head)

Documents in original shall be verified in original at the time of physical reporting/admission. Admission shall stand cancelled without any prior notice, in case the original documents are not produced or it is found at the time of physical reporting/ admission that any misleading information is furnished by the candidate.

- After the first Semester, the Refundable/ One Time charges of the Fee Structure shall not be payable.
- The Annual Charges shall be paid once in a year and are charged annually only in the Autumn Semester.
- The Refundable charges shall be paid after completion of the course or at the time of withdrawal from the course.
- Fee Once paid in non-refundable except the refundable charges.
- The Institute reserves the right to revise the fee structure without assigning any reason.
