Born to Shine | Scholarship for Artists, Apply by 25th June 2022
Overview:
The scholarship aims to encourage and empower young girls to pursue the arts.
By giving them the platform, training, and mentoring they need, the initiative is about helping young prodigies reach their full potential.
Eligibility:
- They should be recommended by Masters in their fields
- They must be able to create original compositions. Scores will be given basis the degree of originality
- They must be ready to represent their art form at National and International levels
- Their story should motivate and inspire other children to pursue Indian artforms
- They must have extensive knowledge about their art form, and its origins
Who can apply?:
- Girls under the age of fifteen
- Open to girls from all over India
- Should have achieved mastery in a particular Indian art form
Price:
The prize is a scholarship worth Rs 4 Lacs, spread over three years:
Through this scholarship by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited and Give India, prodigies will have access to all they need to be a successful artist.
Application Process:

- Audition online or in person.
- Perform before an esteemed jury to win the scholarship.
